Bookings24.12.3 is the latest iteration of Royal Caribbean’s internal booking platform. Primarily used by travel professionals but also accessible to regular users with agent credentials, this software streamlines cruise reservations, provides pricing breakdowns, and integrates seamlessly with promotions and group reservations.
With improved load times, interface redesign, and better user experience, 24.12.3 fixes bugs from previous versions and supports 2025–2026 itineraries more efficiently than ever.

If you're a guest booking directly on the public site, you'll use the general Royal Caribbean portal. However, Bookings24.12.3 is your go-to for managing complex itineraries and accessing agent-exclusive rates.
Enter your credentials: You must be a registered agent with a valid username and password.
Navigate to Bookings Tool: After logging in, locate the Booking Tools section and select Royal Caribbean Bookings24.12.3.

Agent-held bookings can be placed on a courtesy hold (up to 3 days).
Accepts all major credit cards and group payment splits.
Step 6: Confirmation and Documents
Upon completion, a confirmation number is generated.
E-documents are emailed and also available for download via the dashboard.
